In-App Customer Portal Notifications can be installed from the Atlassian Marketplace.

  1. Navigate to the “Find new Apps” page

  2. Search for In-App Customer Portal Notifications and click on the “Try it Free” button.

  3. To Start the configuration go to the “Apps” dropdown on the top ribbon and select In-App Customer Portal Notifications.

  4. To uninstall the In-App Customer Portal Notifications go to the “Manage Apps” page find the In-App Customer Portal Notifications expand it and click on the “Uninstall” button.
