Microsoft Windows settings

To enable push notifications in Windows, you need to ensure that notifications are enabled for a specific browser in the notification settings. There are multiple methods to access the notification settings:

  1. From the “Manage Notifications“ in the notifications icon in the taskbar:

  2. Clicking Win+X, choosing Settings, typing notifications in the search and choosing “Notifications and Actions Settings“

  3. Searching for the notifications settings via Windows search (Cortana):

After navigating to the notification settings, Notifications should be enable for he apps:

Further, the notifications should be enabled for the specific Browsers:

In some Windows 10 systems, after disabling and enabling the notifications for a certain browser application, the Push Notifications should be resubscribed from the plugin configuration (see the details in the beginning of the current page).

MacOS Settings

To enable push notifications on MacOS, you need to ensure that notifications are enabled for a specific browser in the system settings. Follow the steps below to activate notifications:

  1. Navigate to the System Preferences and Notifications:

    On the left menu, choose the browser and toggle on “Allow Notifications“:
