The list of the columns in the results table can be defined in the Field Configuration (see ore information in https://twinit.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/JDA/pages/531104323/Search+Field#Issue-Info-Sheet).

Besides the results, depending on the configuration, the results may show the related issues. The Issue key is clickable and the corresponding issue will be opened in a separate tab. Depending on the user role, the possible issue fields and issue statuses are limited for a portal user. It is possible to show only Open, Closed, or ALL issues with the following fields + custom fields:

  • Key

  • Status

  • Reporter

  • Created (creation date)

  • Summary

  • Priority

For a Licensed User, data presentation is not limited and is defined by a JQL Query. See more details in the https://twinit.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/JDA/pages/531104323/Search+Field#Licensed-Users.

The data will be displayed in the Issue Info Sheet only the fields, which are visible for the specific user type (Licenses or a customer use) based on Jira permissions.

If security level is defined for the issue which, based on the search term, must be shown as a search result, the user viewing Issue Info Sheet should be added to the issue security, so that the issue is displayed to the user.
