Thanks for the interest in Notifications for Portal Customers. This plugin app enables push notifications functionality for Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Customer Portal.

Notifications for Portal Customers enables:

  • Browser push notifications for the following actions

    • Issue/request update

    • Issue/request update

    • Issue/request comment

  • Browser support: Chrome, Edge and Firefox

  • Customer Portal support for push notifications
