To backup schemas on Data Center instance and eventually migrate them to the Cloud, you need to have an active Insight Assets Cloud Migration Assistantapp on your Data Center instance. The assistant app is billed separately, according to the pricing and licensing rules of Data Center approved apps (You can read more details on https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/data-center#how-are-dc-apps-priced-licensed). The trial version of the DC app has a limitation of 50 objects to be migrated.
