Thank you for your interest in Better Search in Customer Portal. This app provides customization of Customer Portal to boost customer and customer group satisfaction. Better Search in Customer Portal can search and display related issues increasing convenience for the customer portal users.

Better Search in Customer Portal enables you:

  • Search Issues

  • Use Better Search in Customer Portal to view previously registered issues that meet search criteria

  • Configure Issue Info Sheet based on JQL filters or Customer Portal Statuses

  • Save the search results in custom fields

  • Automatically copy search results into the Summary field, to make issues searchable in the Customer Portal
