After installation, administration for Notifications for Portal Customers is available in the "Apps" administration menu:
After clicking Push notifications, the user will be navigated to the configuration page. The configuration page shows the button for enabling push notifications for the Jira instance:
To enable push notifications for the Jira instance, please click the button “Click to Subscribe“ and follow the instructions:
After clicking the button, browser notifications for the Jira site should be enabled (the screenshot below shows an example for Google Chrome browser):
After clicking “Allow for the site”, the user will receive a notification about successful activation of the push notifications:
If, after enabling user cannot receive the notifications, please refer to the Local System Settings to configure notification in the local Operating System.
