JSON Data Async for Cloud can be installed from the Atlassian Marketplace or directly from a Jira Cloud instance. Both methods result in the same outcome.

Installing from the Atlassian Marketplace

  • On the following screen, please select Jira Instance where you want to install JSON Data Sync and click “Start free trial”.

  • Finally, after redirection to the Jira instance, click “Get it now”

Installing from Jira Cloud Instance

  • Browse to the Jira instance where you want to install JSON Data Async

  • Navigate to “Find new Apps” page

  • Search for “JSON Data Async” and click on it.

  • Click the yellow Get App button

  • Finally, Click on the blue “Get it now”

  • Now JSON Data Async is installed and you can use it.
