By toggling the “Show only unread“ toggle, the list will display only unread messages. The “Mark all as read“ button will change the status for all the messages to 'read'.

In the case of Jira notification, by clicking the notification itselfanywhere, the corresponding request will be opened in the same tab. Click on an “Open in a new tab“ button, if you want to open the request in a new tab:

Depending on the user role, the request will be opened either in the Customer Portal view (for Portal users) or in JSM view (for Agents). Notifications from Confluence do not have a new tab button, as the default action on when clicking the link is to open the document in a new tab. |
